MEDTIDE – CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can cancel your Pre-paid order any time prior to its shipment.
* If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team through Contact us form or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for it.
* Our Customer Support team will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.
* If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.
* Once the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
Refund will be transferred back to the source of transaction. It may take 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and the same to reflect in your account. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.
Order Cancelled by Medtide
We may cancel your order due to any of the below reasons:
* Any Technical Issue.
* Non-availability of the product(s).
* Payment issues.
You shall receive an automated e-mail once the order is cancelled.
Returns (if applicable)
Our return policy lasts until you have received the product in our drugstore. If you have already accepted the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If possible, take photos of the damaged package. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID and attach photos.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or water cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that has already been delivered.
* In case where the wrong selection was made by the customer will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking Charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Medtide Drugstore 1639/64 Phahonyothin Road, Phayathai, Bangkok, 10400, Thailand.
Also, we offer Return or Replacement for some products sold on medtide.com, under certain conditions which are mentioned below:
* Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted.
* We may ask you to share the images of the product and the internal & external packaging material.
* We may not be able to replace the product if the product is Out of Stock. In that case, we may offer you an alternate product. If you do not agree to receive the alternate product, we reserve the right to refund your money back to the source of transaction.
* Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To get your product, you should pick up your product in-store: Medtide Drugstore 1639/64 Phahonyothin Road, Phayathai, Bangkok, 10400, Thailand.
You will not be responsible for shipping costs for picking up your item because there is no delivery fee for a Click and Collect service.
