After making a payment, an email will be sent to you with a link to track your order and also customers can login to our website and see the progress in your account.

If you chose delivery, we will update your tracking information on our website once your order is being shipped. Go to medtide.com and click on ‘Orders’ menu, then click the ‘View’ button to see the order details. Please note that it usually take 1-3 days to update the information.
