• Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any other types of international bank transfers that are not facilitated through Wise. Rest assured, we have robust security measures in place to protect your financial information.

V. Refunds and Returns

We understand that sometimes, you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy applies to Thai bank transfers. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.

• If you change your mind after completing payment, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a full refund. However, we do offer a 95% partial refund if the shipment has not been dispatched yet. If the fault lies with Medtide, a full refund will be issued.
• If the shipment has already been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund.
